Golden Vein Onyx
Golden Vein Onyx does not swirl. It layers. Bands of honey, caramel and cream run parallel across the slab, waving gently where they thicken and thin. In the wider trade this family is known as honey onyx or golden onyx. Onyx keeps its best for the light behind it. Lit from the back the cream layers glow and the caramel bands hold dark, and a bar front or a reception desk stops being a surface and becomes a lamp. The onyx is ours, out of the Eskişehir benches. Every slab is photographed one by one and reserved by hand.
